PG Paper Guidelines

  • Registration of first author for this conference is mandatory.
  • Abstract should not be more than 300 words
  • Abstract should be in MS word, Times new roman font and font size 12 pt.
  • Paper Structure should be under the following headings:
    • Research
      • Title
      • Background
      • Aim
      • Material
      • Methods
      • Result
      • Conclusion.
    • Case Study/Report
      • Title
      • Author Information
      • Affiliation / Department
      • E-mail
      • Background
      • Case Study
      • Discussion
      • Conclusion.
  • Time duration should be 10 minutes (8 Minutes presentation & 2 Minutes Q&A)
  • Title and Presenting Author's name should be written at the top of the Paper
  • Qualifications of the presenting author, affiliations, Names of guides/ co-guides and institution logos are not allowed to send with paper.

E-Poster Guidelines

  • Registration of first author for this conference is mandatory.
  • File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT/.PPTX)
  • Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5MB.
  • Up to Five slides per E-poster.
  • Animations/sounds/videos should not be used in E-Poster
  • Title and Presenting Author's name should be written at the top of the E-Poster.
  • A passport size photograph of the presenter should be included in the presentation.
  • Qualifications of the presenting author, affiliations, Names of guides/ co-guides and institution logos are not allowed to be printed on the poster.
  • The study may be presented under the following headings:

  • Screens provided ratio will be 16:9 and the size will be approximately 48X30 inches.
